With a few ingredients that you already have you can prepare a multitude of fantastic recipes for different health benefits and preferences. One of the best things about smoothies is that, unlike fruit juices, they contain all the original fiber which helps to cleanse your digestive tract and contains more vitamins and minerals.

  • 3/4 c. papaya
  • 3/4c. sliced peaches
  • 1/2 pear, sliced
